Hi, I’m Carole & I’m a Certified (CPD Accredited) Launch Manager based in Norfolk, England, who ensures your launch runs as seamlessly as possible. As your conscientious and dedicated right-hand woman, I’ll take your launch event plans and turn them into a fabulous reality. Working from a bespoke launch document, I’ll ensure you’re using the best suited launch style for your particular product, your processes are streamlined, deadlines are met, your team is on track and you are kept up to date throughout, taking away any stress and overwhelm. All you must do is be your amazing expert self and let me take care of the rest!

As an addition to my Launch Manager services, I’m also highly experienced in and can support with the community management and Virtual Assistant admin aspects, also holding certificates in Supervisory Management, NVQ L3 Business Administration and NVQ L3 Customer Service. Bonus!

After perfecting my skills, I set up CS Business Support to support businesses and individuals like you, on a more flexible basis and have been doing so for over 6 years now.
